Ingredients:
- 4 oz cream cheese cut into chunks
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 min. Stir until smooth.
- Add baking powder, eggs, ranch mix, and almond flour to cream cheese mixture and stir well.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Spray a round pan or oven safe skillet with cooking spray.
- Divide dough into 12 balls and place in pan.
- Refrigerate for 10min.
- Remove from fridge and bake for 20-25 min.
- Top cooked biscuits with melted butter and chopped parsley if desired.
These biscuits are AMAZING! I cut them in half and made them into breakfast sandwiches. You can also freeze biscuits and reheat in microwave for 1-2min when ready to eat.
