Blondie with Maple Cream Sauce

If you have ever had an Applebee’s blondie then you know how good this is about to be!

I will post links for everything I used so you can find it online if you do not have a Drug Emporium or a store that sells these items.

Ingredients

Blondie

Maple Cream Sauce

  • 8 oz of cream cheese softened ( DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!! Sauce will not get smooth if cream cheese is not softened.)
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1 cup stevia
  • 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp of truvia brown sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix blondie mix according to package and add in white chocolate chips.
  2. Bake is instructed.
  3. While Brownies are in the oven melt butter and cream cheese in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined and smooth.
  6. Top Blondies with your favorite sugar free vanilla ice cream.
  7. Pour sauce on top of ice cream and top with chopped nuts.

I love EASY recipes like this. Sometimes when baking low carb sweet treats the pre packaged stuff just tastes better. The white chocolate chips really helped this taste just like the real deal!
