Ingredients:
- 1 16oz package of coleslaw mix
- 1 lb of ground sausage
- 4 Tbsp of Lite Soy Sauce or coconut amino (can add more to taste if needed)
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- crushed red pepper flakes
- green onions
- sriracha
Instructions:
- Brown sausage in a large skillet until cooked all the way.
- Drain grease.
- Add in coleslaw mix, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook until cabbage is tender.
- Top with sriracha, red pepper flakes, and green onions if desired.
