Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 oz of softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2-2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1-2 Tbsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Melt your stick of butter and softened cream cheese in a sauce pan.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Pour in your heavy cream and seasonings and bring to a boil.
- Whisk occasionally.
- Sauce should be thick enough to cover the back of a spoon.
- If you feel your sauce is not thick enough you can add more parmesan cheese and a pinch of Xanthan gum.
I served mine with some baked chicken and shirataki noodles!
