Breakfast Bagel Bake

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Tony’s
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • shredded cheese
  • 1 package of zero carb bagels

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut Bagels into chunks and lay them on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly spray them with pam or brush with melted butter.
  4. Toast for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Cook your bacon and set to the side to cool.
  6. Whisk together 6 eggs with a little milk and shredded cheese and season to taste.
  7. Cook until set.
  8. Spray your 9×13 pan with cooking spray and layer toasted bagels on the bottom.
  9. Add your scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, and cheese on top of the bagels.
  10. Whisk the remaining 6 eggs and 2 cups of milk together.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Pour evenly on top of the casserole.
  13. Bake for 40-50min.
