Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- salt and pepper
- Tony’s
- 8 slices of bacon
- shredded cheese
- 1 package of zero carb bagels
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut Bagels into chunks and lay them on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray them with pam or brush with melted butter.
- Toast for 7-8 minutes.
- Cook your bacon and set to the side to cool.
- Whisk together 6 eggs with a little milk and shredded cheese and season to taste.
- Cook until set.
- Spray your 9×13 pan with cooking spray and layer toasted bagels on the bottom.
- Add your scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, and cheese on top of the bagels.
- Whisk the remaining 6 eggs and 2 cups of milk together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour evenly on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 40-50min.
