Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup truvia cane sugar or granulated sugar substitute of choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sticks of butter melted
- 8 room temperature eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your waffle make.
- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Whisk together cooled melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add into dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
- Pour into waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
NOTE: You can use a mini waffle maker and freeze these for later. I used a normal size waffle maker and it made about 8 total.
