I want to thank each and everyone of you for stopping by and checking out my food blog. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Faith and I have always had a passion for cooking. I love trying new things and putting my own twists on them. I am by no means a professional chef, but I do take a lot of pride in my food. I believe you eat with your eyes so I always try and make a “pretty” plate.
At the end of 2020 I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I started my lifestyle change then, I don’t like to say diet because that means it is only temporary. I have been sticking somewhat keto and want to share the recipes I use for the food I cook. Without this lifestyle change I would not have the progress I have had in my journey. I went from an 11.2 A1C down to a 6.5 in just 3 months. My doctor even said it was the best progress in labs she had ever seen! I hope I can help others that may be struggling with some of the things I struggled with, or even if you are just wanting to try a new yummy recipe.
