Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 9in frozen pie crust
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup half and half or milk
  • 8 slices of bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • Spinach (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix together eggs, half and half or milk, and salt and pepper, set aside.
  3. If using spinach melt 2 Tbsp of butter in a skillet and add a handful of spinach. Season with garlic salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Sauté until tender. If not using skip this step.
  4. In the pie crust layer onion, cheese, spinach, and bacon.
  5. Pour over egg mixture.
  6. Cook for 40-50min until center is firm.
  7. Let sit for 5min before serving.
