Sugar Free Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 9in deep dish pie crust
  • 1 large box of sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 8oz container of sugar free cool whip, thawed
  • 1 cup of flaked unsweetened coconut, toatsted

Instructions:

  1. Bake pie crust as instructed and let cool completely.
  2. Add pudding mix and milk into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until thick.
  3. Fold in one 8oz container of cool whip and all but 1/4 cup of the toasted coconut.
  4. Pour filling into pie crust.
  5. Top with cool whip and remaining toasted coconut.
  6. Place in fridge and chill well before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
