Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 jar of low carb pasta sauce
- 4 Tbsp tomato paste
- 4 zucchini spiralized
- mozzarella cheese
- parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Wash and spiralize zucchini.
- Put zoodles in a colander and heavily sprinkle with salt. Let sit for a few minutes then rinse well.
- Put zoodles in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- Set zoodles to the side.
- In a large skillet add your olive oil, onion, and garlic.
- Sautee for a few minutes and add ground beef.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain grease once beef is browned and return to skillet.
- Add tomato paste and cream cheese.
- Stir until incorporated well and melted.
- Mix in tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and itialian seasoning.
- Add zoodles and cover for a few minutes so the zoodles get soft.
- Remove cover and top with cheese.
- Broil on high until melted and bubbly.
